I retired a year ago from Real Estate as a Realtor. I had a home like a lot of Californians that was close to being upside down and rather than selling at a loss I decided to rent it. I tried to secure a renter via ads but nothing seemed to work. Coming home one day I noticed a sign in a small shopping center stating they did Property Management.
